I have over a decade of experience as a talent management and leadership development professional, and I’m a certified executive coach, holding an ACC designation with ICF. I’m the Co-Founder of Accelerate Transformation, where our team offers career coaching and professional development programs.
I leverage my training and experience as a leader, facilitator and yoga teacher to innovate in the fields of professional learning and coaching, working with individuals, organizations, and entrepreneurs.
My mission in life is to help folks recognize and tap into their unique potential.
I currently live on the traditional territories of the WSÁNEĆ (Saanich), lək̓ʷəŋən (Songhees), Wyomilth (Esquimalt) peoples of the Coast Salish Nation, which is now known as Victoria, British Columbia.
I live in a unique tiny house on wheels with my partner Elyse, which has been featured in Dwell and in an episode of “Living Smaller” on A&E.
